Prayer Request Update

Dear Listmates in prayer:

Again, thanks for your continuing prayer for Kit.  Tonight I spoke to her
for the first time since the surgery.  Her voice was very weak--in fact, she
is still very weak and could only talk a little.  But she laughed when I
wished her a happy birthday two days late, and she is very much aware that a
lot of people have held her in prayer.  So I am happy to relay her
thanks--and mine--to you all.  She did say she hoped you'd keep it up for a
bit, because she still gets depressed when she tries to look at the future....
